If you can't find the information you need, feel free to give us a ring or send an email and we will answer anything and everything.
What printing system do you use?
HP Wall Art Solution Technologies.
How do I ensure the best print quality?
HP Wall Art Solution Technologies produce the best possible results. However, some file types become pixilated after being enlarged to a certain point. The HP Wall Art Solution design tool will give you a warning when the image becomes too pixilated for the desired application.
For customer-uploaded photos, try to choose high-quality images with fine detail and large file sizes that have not been compressed. A non-compressed image will reduce artifacts and pixilation while fewer lines will cut down on analog noise and produce an overall cleaner image.
How long do HP Wall Art products last?
It will depend on the material used and the printer used to produce the wallcovering. Wall Coverings and Wall Posters are printed on HP PVC-free Wall Paper with HP latex technology which has Indoor display permanence up to 20 years.
*The display permanence for HP latex inks is rated for interior displays, away from direct sunlight by HP Image Permanence Lab.

What do I need to do to prepare my wall before application?
For wallpaper and posters, the wall surface should be:
• Free of mildew, grease, or other stains
For best results, apply your Wall Covering or Wall Poster to a wall surface that has been painted with one coat of primer and one coat of latex paint. If the paint is old or flaking, priming is highly recommended. Old wallpaper and adhesive should be removed by sanding or adhesive remover and primer should be applied to the clean, smooth wall surface prior to application.
Applying a Wall Covering or Wall Poster to paneling or a wall currently covered with wallpaper is not recommended.
Where's the starting point in applying wallpaper?
Panel numbers are printed at the bottom of each strip. Apply the panels in numerical order following the wetting and booking process described in the installation instructions included in the product package.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the application process is not from one end to the other but rather begins in the middle of the wall. It is critical that you check the instructions to verify the placement of the first panel.
What's the best way to apply wallpaper around doors and windows?
There are some tricks to applying your project. If the panel covers a portion of wall with a door, window, or fixture:
• Use a straightedge to push the panel flush against the wall or the obstruction.
• Use a utility knife to cut away excess material around the object leaving enough material that it hangs just slightly over the obstruction.
• Use a flathead screwdriver or other flat tool to tuck the excess material behind the obstruction.
How do I remove Your Wall wallpaper?
To remove Your Wall PVC Free wallpaper:
• Use a sponge and water to thoroughly wet the wall art.
• Once the wall art is wet, peel it from the wall (if it sticks use additional water).
